Glad that fancy piece of paper left me with some deductive skills and a little feeling for error messages. :) Two out of four likely candidates do, in fact, have a parallel port. I can load whatever OS is needed on them and go. Possibly even a live image? My cousin has a PIC programmer. I know they bought Atmel a while back, but have no idea how compatible the interfaces are.
